Before a relay leaves our factory, it goes through several stages of testing and verification. Products are thermally stress tested to ensure the quality of components and internal connections. Relay performance is tested already at the PCB stage and then tested again after final assembly. This double-testing process helps ensure that every relay performs exactly as intended.
Traceability is also an essential part of our quality philosophy. Every Delcon relay is assigned batch and serial numbers that allow production data, component lots, and final test information to be traced throughout the manufacturing process.
