Why choose SLI120CRP
Use SLI120CRP when a nominal 120 VAC field signal must be transferred reliably to a PLC or DCS input. Its signal-side hysteresis, specified 80 nF cable-capacitance capability and pulse-transformer isolation help prevent interference and long field wiring from becoming unintended switching commands.
A purpose-specific AC input model for proximity-sensor and similar field signals.
Separate turn-on and turn-off levels provide defined switching behaviour.
A published input-side value for applications with capacitive field wiring.
A clearly specified low off-state current on the PLC-input side.
Application guidance
Select by field voltage
Choose the relay from the real field-signal voltage and application. These models are not interchangeable without verifying the complete circuit.
Nominal 120 VAC proximity-sensor input, 80 / 60 VAC switching thresholds and 80 nF cable-capacitance specification.
Use SLI24CR for nominal 24 VAC signals or SLI230CRP for nominal 240 VAC proximity-sensor signals. Confirm all thresholds and wiring from the selected model’s datasheet.
Complete the assembly
For multi-channel installations, Delcon PLC Fast Connect™ mounting bases, cables and PLC adapters reduce point-to-point wiring. Delcon can also design custom cables or adapters for other PLC, DCS and remote-I/O systems.

Frequently asked questions
It accepts a nominal 120 VAC field signal, including signals from suitable 2-wire proximity sensors, and provides a solid-state DC output intended for PLC inputs and similar low-current loads.
The relay turns on at 80 VAC and turns off at 60 VAC. The separate thresholds provide defined hysteresis and help prevent an unstable state near the switching point.
It is the published input-side cable-capacitance capability for this model. The complete circuit, sensor and field wiring must still be checked against the datasheet values.
Use MIS1GN for screw terminals or MIS1CCN for spring terminals. For multi-channel wiring, compare Delcon PLC Fast Connect™ mounting bases and cables.
Send Delcon the field voltage, sensor type, cable length or capacitance, PLC input data and ambient conditions.
